The apartment was surprisingly bright for being below ground and the back garden was lovely. Everything was relatively well appointed except there was only one kitchen towel provided. We purchased some paper kitchen towels, but would have preferred some other cloth ones or cloth napkins for cleaning up. The neighborhood was very quiet and heard a few steps from upstairs every once in a while, but it was very minimal.
Location was good and accommodation very comfortable. Outdoor space a big bonus
The location was great. The apartment was also very well equipped and had a lovely garden. We had a quick response for all our questions.
nice kitchen and living room. sofas could be made into a bed.
The stay is a typical 18th-century townhouse in New Town Edinburgh, around 10 mins by walking, which does included some slope but manageable even with suitcase, the house is well-decorated with full equipment, we manage to cook ourselves a full dinner on the last night in the house which was very pleasant.
