In summary, the studio was very clean and comfortable, all the necessary furniture was there and the oriental equipment was beautiful. The flat is located by the river, so you can have a nice walk in the evening or in the morning. It is especially nice in the summer. Also, the place is close to Cambridge North train station that you can walk to in 15 min. There is also a bus to the city centre or a 40 min walk. A small inconvenience was that the sewage pipes smelled bad after the shower. But it goes away when the cleaning is done thoroughly.
