Great view from welcome little balcony and comfy sofa for chilling after walks! Lynmouth is busy during the day but very peaceful first thing and evenings. There are lots of great walks direct from the flat. Buses aren't frequent but worked well enough to get to and from other walks. The old library in porlock is well worth a visit for brunch or dinner. V good food.
