Well equipped, lots of room, readied especially for the traveler, and Peter is delightful - met us and gave us a short tour and answered any questions. Easy walk to the city walls near the York Minster.
Peter is a very nice gentleman, he prepared lot of things for us : milk, bread, chocolate,cookies, jams, butter. The apartment in a quiet area, walking distance to old town, it is clean and comfortable, no deposit required,we all love it!
Nice warm hosts! Peter kindly greeted us. They provided nearly everything which was beyond our expectation.

Lot's of things to like about this property, the hosts were extremely helpful sorting out the arrival time and passing on the keys and giving us the details about the property and the local area. The apartment was in great condition, lot's of little extras had been included like bread, milk etc to get you started. Really enjoyable stay, parking was a breeze and walking into town was an very simply 8-10 min walk and straight into the heart of the city. Really good place and will be suggesting to family and friends and will be back!
