Location, nr railway station.
Clean comfortable room up on 1st floor so very quiet.
Good shower.
Lovely & warm.

It was close and convenient not badly priced for the stay
I stayed at Roberts residence the last 2 weekends. The rooms were great and very tidy, the kitchen was also tidy, with plenty of utensils etc for cooking. I would absolutely stay here again.
