Perfect location great communication with the owner
Well decorated and spacious ground floor apartment with street parking on busy street and rear parking.
Co-op just 2 mins walk away and cullercoats beach 8 mins but this isn't dog friendly between may and September so had to go to the further long sands beach.
A very welcoming and comfortable apartment. I loved the decor. Everything we needed was there. Parking the car was easy and there is a shop within a 2 minute walk.

Location was great. Short walk to the beach. So nice to be so dog friendly. Well equipped and cosy.
