The warmest of welcomes upon booking at the last minute. Real milk in the fridge + supplies for all provided in the main hall upstairs . Lovely homemade cake + free flow Nespresso coffee as tea downstairs. The couple who run it couldn’t be nicer. A real home from home

The location is amazing, within a couple of minutes walk are Babbacombe downs, Oddicombe and Babbacombe beaches, and St Marychurch village. It’s very clean and the room I had was cozy with simple but very nice decor.

House was warm and inviting. Check in was easy and straight forward. Rooms was small but comfortable. Very thoughtful touches with hit water bottles and dog bits and pieces.

Super clean with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. An awesome breakfast too

The location was excellent walked around the corner to amazing cliff top views and restaurants along the way. The host quickly sorted out another guests parking issue which was much appreciated. The little extras in the room and common areas were an added touch even include biscuits!! Would happily return.
