Big shout out to Adam and Phoenix, who were super knowledgeable, accommodating, and a pleasure to chat to whether it was 7pm or 7am - their customer service was above and beyond! Great location otherwise.
Appears no frills, but actually very good. Bedroom, plus a separate living area with kitchenette; well provisioned with all you need. Great location - near rail station and fairly lively area in the city centre.
Really good sized apartment and very clean. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The mini-shop had a good selection. The fresh pastries in the morning and free coffee were also really great with the take away bags being extra thoughtful.
For a 10 day stay, it was really nice having a living room and a kitchenette and a clothes washer. Evening staff were very helpful in assisting me in using the stove (flat top I've never used before) and the clothes washer/dryer.
The room was adequate. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Temperature was good. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked, but no way to make coffee, and while we appreciated the free coffee downstairs, we would have preferred to make it in our room.
