The room/bathroom was such a great space and very clean and tidy too. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Massive thanks to the amazing manager this morning, excellent service, very friendly, chatty and professional. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again

Added bonus was the fan in the room that was on when I arrived, which on a hot day was a massive help!
Everything about ropewalks hotel was brilliant it was clean the staff were polite and friendly breakfast was superb it was in a great location lots of pubs clubs and bars and restaurants excellent spot
Staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Location is great with so much within minutes walking distance. The room was facing the street, and yes, it was loud, but it's something special about falling asleep to Liverpool fans singing in the background!
