The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We had a very warm welcome. The breakfast was spot on too
The staff at the rose and crown were brilliant and nothing was too much for them, the room was clean and tidy, with fresh towels on the bed, The bed was comfortable and clean.
We stopped on the hottest weekend of the year and the staff handled it well be giving us a fan when we asked them, it provided some comfort and relief.
There are two shared bathrooms to use, they were clean and tidy but a little dated but serve their purpose well.
Breakfast is delicious and definitely worth the extra cost it is plentiful, freshly cooked and the staff spoke so passionately about the local produce they us.
Perfect service with very nice people. I loved being there.
