Location great for Wedding we were attending. Very helpful staff
Friendly, affordable, clean, quiet and just over fifteen minutes walk from Alexandra Palace, the purpose of my visit. Appreciated having an iron, ironing board and hairdryer in my room too. So many places don't offer these things anymore.
The staff were absolutely exceptional! Ahmed was incredibly helpful and friendly and really made me feel welcome. Murshid was also super helpful and was kind enough to show me the room before I booked! The cleaning staff are fantastic, it's a very vintage 70's hotel but its kept absolutely immaculate by Vera and Welbona! The location is perfect for Alexandra Palace and exploring High Gate and North London!
Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and a brilliant location if going to Alexandra Palace for an event (10- 15mins walk). Close to local shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Has seating outside of the hotel if the weather's nice the front looks a nice place to.relax. We also had a fridge in our room which was a huge bonus.
