The price, first and foremost! The apartment was fairly spacious for two people! It had all the things you need to have a great stay! Location was good with a Miller and Carter pub at the end of the road (about 300 yards). The other pubs where a good walk away. Public transport was good. Nearest bus stop 8 mins walk! We stayed in the apartment to visit Blenheim Palace. The buses( S7) ran every half hour and it took about 25 mins to get their.The price of hotels in Woodstock where very expensive, so instead of paying extortionate prices for a small hotel room we had a spacious apartment to stay in at half the price!

Location, decor quality, quietness and value for money.

I was visiting Oxford in the middle of a 2 week trip to te UK. So, I needed washing and ironing facilities, and cooking facilities to avoid eating out too much - which this apartment rental met . Additionally, parking at the presises was very helpful. Public transport in to central Oxford is very convenient, often, and quick via bus at the end of the street. The place is very clean and well looked after. Several good pubs very near by.
