We like the location of the hotel. It's near restaurants, tube, train, it's location for me is excellent. The room is clean, I think the room we were in is newly rennovated.
Easy to locate and great access to public transportation. Staffs were friendly. Towels, coffee provided.
My single room was cosy. It was fairly hot, but not the fault of the hotel due to the weather being extremely hot! Shower powerful. Toiletries provided. Great location for The Hyde Park BST FESTIVAL. Special thanks to Denny who took great care with my bookings.
I stayed one night in this hotel, clean rooms, tv, good wireless.
The reception staff is wonderful and helpful.
