The steps are a bit challenging so you have mobility or breathing issues, request a low floor.
Location, staff, room design good for small space, love the easy transport from Heathrow to Earls Court on the Picadilly line, with elevator for luggage at station. I love the neighborhood.
It had everything you need for a stay in a hotel ,blankets fresh sheets towels, changing every day . Polite and helping staff. It was a nice stay in a pretty good location near train station and had a bus station pretty close also.
I got sick for a little while during my stay so good wifi was a must for my entertainment. It didn't let me down once. Perfect. Everything was adequate.
Quiet Street. Friendly Staff. Right next to District and Picadilly Tube Stops. Comfortable bed.
