The property is around 17 miles from Skegness Butlins, 18 miles from Skegness Pier, and 19 miles from Tower Gardens. Very cosy and well equipped place, close to the beach with everything you need around
What an absolute little gem a fantastic place with everything you need. Decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean.sean was an amazing host answering all my questions and managed to get us checked in earlier.location just over thr road from the beautiful beach and a short wall into town. Can't wait to go back

Nice little bar on site where everyone is friendly (unlike some much more expensive campsites)
You had everything you needed a nice 10 minute walk to the beach famtsstic location
Absolutely lovely little place to stay. Only stayed 2 nights but wish it’d been longer.
Clean and has pretty much everything you need including dog bowls etc if you’re bringing your dogs.
In a fairly quiet site but within walking distance to the livelier parts of Mablethorpe and the beach is literally a few minutes walk.
Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back there at some point. I think even my big kids would be up for coming next time 👍
