Good customer service

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Brand new building with an elevator. Impeccably clean. Very friendly staff. I was traveling with my Mom and the one bedroom apartment was wonderful, especially the shower - rain shower with wonderful water pressure. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Very close to a convenient tube station. Apartment was cleaned M/W/F and trash was emptied every day, which was a nice perk.
The interior design was beautiful and clean. Staff friendly
Close to a few shops, restaurants, cafes, and Regent’s Park.
The two bedroom is ideal for a family of 5. It is convenient to have a kitchen, washer & dryer. The place is a good option for longer stays
