King room has kitchenette with tea/coffee, two-burner stove, microwave and small fridge/freezer. Location was right in town and walking distance to everywhere. There was a Tesco Express next door and restaurants within walking distance. We opted for Zaap Thai street food and it was fantastic!

The staff were great. My husband left his passport and they were very helpful in assisting me with the Royal Mail to get it back in time for our flight home. The hotel is right across from St James' Park and convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as the train station. My family of four stayed in one room with a king bed and bunk beds with a kitchenette which was very convenient.

Lovely hotel, room overlooking St James Park was clean, had fridge, microwave and safe. Room did smell of smoke on entry, despite open window, but we were you going out so didn’t bother us. Room wasn’t large but totality adequate. Very reasonable bar prices. Was noisy from the stack but noise stopped at 12pm. Really comfortable bed & sleep. Breakfast was ok but could have been hotter.
