The views from main bedroom were lovely.
Lovely Bathroom and kitchen.
Cosy and warm, with a powerful shower, a decent television set up (not on the wall) and some comfortable beds.
Position good , especially if going to a concert .
The location is excellent - a little difficult to find but really close to north bay beach.
Communication from owner was very good.
Lovely views out onto north bay. Parking ticket provided which was extremely helpful

The location and cleanliness of the flat . The kitchen / lounge area is acceptable for a property of this age. The conversion has been done quite nicely. The only issue is listed below.
