Exceptionally clean and very well equipped. I had no faults with this amazing property.

The annex was small, but perfectly formed. It had everything we could have wanted, including coffee & tea. The bed was comfy, & the bedroom was furnished beautifully, with a smart TV and even a fan (which was such a bonus in view of the hot weather). It was easy to find, close to a couple of pubs for an easy dinner and a useful little grocery store. We stayed here on the way home from France, but I imagine it would also be a great little place to stay while visiting London

Simple and easy to book. Very good price we would have paid more it was worth the money. Everything was in the annex that we could possibly need. Beautiful garden look out. Slept very well bed was very comfy plenty of pillows and a light weight duvet was fantastic in the heatwave we are having. Fresh linen and towels provided meant we didn’t have to worry about packing any. Shop and a garage/greggs just across the road within short walking distance was great for grabbing quick breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Contact with Adrian, our accom host, was excellent. All instructions and information details were clear and concise. The self-contained annex was exactly as described; very clean and comfortable. Totally first-class experience in all respects.

The property was in a perfect location for our needs. Sadly a brief visit for a funeral.
