The apartment was exceptionally clean and had ample space. Although we didn't use it, the full kitchen was nice. We appreciated the fresh press for coffee since we had difficulty figuring out how to use the Keurig-like machine. The rooms were nicely sized and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The oscillating bedroom fan was appreciated for some extra airflow. The host was responsive to any questions we had. Parking was easy. Check-in instructions were clear and the video on how to turn the shower on was appreciated, as it is not self-explanatory otherwise. The location right next to Ulster University was perfect, as we were there for events on campus.

The flat was so well equipped. It had everything we needed and more. It felt very homely whilst being open and airy and the location and parking were great. We would definitely stay again.
