Every thing was perfect except that there were no body lotion and toothpaste.so we had to ask but it was not a big deal

We love everything about this hotel. The location is perfect and the staff are so friendly so thank you ! Hotel lobby is lovely and the rooms are spacious and clean and have all the facilities. Love the lounge with breakfast and snacks and drinks. All in all, we had a wonderful stay

I loved everything, it was an exceptional experience.Angelo was amazing he gave us a room with an amazing view on new years.

Breakfast was normal with limited selections. It was the same every day (5 days stay). Good selection of soft drinks and bottled juices, drinking water was missing as we had to use the tab for normal or sparkled water. Had to upgrade becuase room was a booked couldn’t find 3 people (we booked through Bookings.com and had a note for the hotel to accomodate that request but we were told it will not be accommodated at the Front Desk! So, what could we do other than upgrading and paying the difference. We were given Queen Club room ( I think it was for handicapped customers) it was a tight and unpleasant ( the toilet was spacious which mad the room looks tight), thankfully the switched us to another similiar room. Rooms seems to be real cold even when we switch off AC. I would rate this hotel with an 8/10 and would come to it again due to its staff and location.

Location was fantastic and the staff outstanding, So polite and friendly and eager to help.
