Loved absolutely everything about the flat and its location. Great base for hillwalking, low-level walking, and much more. Visited Drum Castle & Gardens, one of several sites in the area looked after by the National Trust for Scotland.

The flat is big and spacious and has everything you need. A home from home. perfect location for visiting the area and some superb hikes.

Had everything you needed if you wanted to self cater but we walked into the village to try restaurants easily. Ballater is a lovely village with beautiful scenery. The property is close to everything. House was warm and comfortable.

Lovely house, nice and clean, everything you need is there. The rooms are all large with plenty of storage.

We had a lovely stay in Ballater. First of all, the flat is so spacious which isn’t apparent in the photos. It is also lovely and warm - the heating works very well. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding and towels good quality. The kitchen is very well equipped and it all works well! Finally, it is in a great location, a very short walk to the town centre, ie, 3 minutes! Off road parking in the drive is also a great bonus.
