Easy to find location and centrally located to Oldham city center (15 minute walk to downtown Oldham). Host greeted me warmly and showed me around the home, then after assuring I was comfortable and settled in, she politely vanished to allow me privacy. The room is huge and comfortable, with a comfy chair and enough room to really feel at home.

My second stay here, and it still doesn't disappoint. A perfectly clean house and a large space with a lovely ensuite shower room. Excellent parking space, quiet neighbourhood, what's not to like?

Location is nice and quiet, and there's plenty available parking. I was met at the door by a very friendly and helpful host, who showed me around the place. The room itself is up 2 flights of stairs in a converted attic space, so if your mobility is an issue you should note this. The room is perfect, plenty of space, very clean and tidy, a comfy chair, plenty of power sockets, a TV, kettle and fridge. A nice ensuite bathroom with shower is also perfectly clean. The kitchen downstairs is clean and has everything I needed (a toaster would be nice, I used the grill in the oven) I'll stay here again for sure.

Everything! From the friendliness of the host, to the cleanliness, ease of parking, and general comfort. I will definitely stay here again next time.
