The property was comfortable and clean. The area was stunning. We were next to one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to (Rick Stein, Sandbanks) and it was walking distance from one of the best beaches ever.
Great location. Spacious apartment with everything for a self catering break.
A partially enclosed balcony was a bonus to enjoy the sun out of the wind.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 were over crowded with beds to accommodate larger parties but not an issue for us.
The apartment was cold on arrival with the heating and hot water on a timer that did not suit our arrival.
Similarly there was no hot water the next morning. Written instruction would help those unfamiliar with a Nest control system.
I would be more than happy to return for a further stay and would recommend.
