Location was excellent to reach town centre and only minutes away from Anne's Hathaway cottage and cafe'. Local shop as well as huge supermarket on the way back from the centre of Stratford. The annexe is not just super spacious but spotlessly clean and very well equipped with all comforts. Mattress and pillows super comfy. Generous car park just in front of property. An exceptional place to be. Will be back as we loved it. Paola and David

The host was really lovely and attentive, but also kept out of our way, so we felt like the property offered the privacy we required. Although the decor is outdated, the property was comfortable, clean, and cosy. The power shower had decent pressure and we never went without hot water. We were able to park on the drive, which was a nice bonus. The location is brilliant - 25 min walk or so to Stratford town centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean.
