Very clean and tidy with all you need for a comfy stay, host was very responsive and helpful.
The video and message sent from the host made it so easy to access the property! The room itself is very clean, there wasn’t anything faulty with the room and the bed is also so comfortable. The host is extremely polite, whilst also maintaining professionalism and likes to keep in touch to give you updates etc. This is hands down the best place I’ve stayed hotel/apartment wise due to the best service from the host, how close shops and Hendon Central is, how clean the apartment was - there are no faults at all. If you’re wanting to book somewhere - choose here!!
Stayed here as going to Wembley. Host sent the instructions for getting into the building in advance and very helpful easy to follow. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, really good shower. Tea and coffee provided and use of fridge/freezer and oven if staying longer, Tesco Express across the road. As a female on my own I felt safe. Tube across the road on the northern line and if going to Wembley bus 83 right outside. Really great stay and great value for money compared to the £300-£500 places closer to Wembley. Would definitely stay here again when visiting London. The bakery opposite does an amazing coffee and breakfast.
Communication was excellent from the moment of booking and the detailed instructions and video of how to gain access were great.
The apartment itself was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was a perfect base to explore London for the weekend.
We will definitely book again!
That basic condiments were provided. Close to some good food stores. The host was very quick to fix a broken light and lend us another chair.
