The hosts were very friendly and helpful with questions about Bridlington.
The breakfast were very good quality.
The location was 2 min walk from the sea front.
The cleanliness was spot on.
Restaurant around the corner called Aloha was amazing (pic of meal ncluded).
Beer garden in Restaurant called Salt was a sun trap even on a really windy.
Bnb very well presented best one on the street infact the host were a lovely friendly couple very helpful and Ian makes a perfect breakfast lovely rooms and spotless clean no fault at all
Ian & Mo the proprieters were very welcoming always engaged in conversation with us and other guests, lovely breakfast, really lovely rooms
