This is an incredible place to stay. After passing through the hosts' home, which you are free to do as and when you need, you enter your own private world. A garden path takes you up to the accommodation, which is a wonderfully clean, cosy and secluded building in the garden. It has a kitchen, bed, sofa and bathroom, with a TV and other comforts. You can then keep walking to your own private garden and Irish pub. Throw darts and play pool, with closing time being when you decide. What makes the place, however, is the hosts. They are incredibly kind, great to chat to and perfectly balance friendliness without being intrusive. They are also full of useful advice. There are loads of fantastic places within easy driving distance - St. Ives and Penzance are about 15 and 20 minutes' drive away respectively.

This place is truly unique with a large spacious and well appointed studio apartment/bungalow in the back of the host's garden. You have your own garden space, bungalow and further up the garden they created this replica mini Irish pub which is yours to use as well with pool table and dart boards. Quite an amazing and unexpected experience. Superb friendly hosts, with lots of recommendations and extremely helpful with any requests.

Everything was amazing. The cottage is roomy and comfortable, well equipped. Outside space is beautiful, tropical foliage and lounging chairs. And then there is the pub. So fun! We enjoyed a game of pool and darts. Hosts very very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The town is small, walkable, lots of restaurants. Supermarket is very close. Beautiful beach nearby. This place is fantastic!

Such a great experience! The booking is for a complete building with a large bed and a shower room, but also a neatly separated portion of the owners' garden, and a separate building with a pool table and darts. The owners are very approachable and eager to help - we had an issue with the pool table, and it was resolved within ten minutes. Honestly, it's just beautiful. That's not even getting into the beauty that is the nearby beach, admittedly with some light walking required to get to the best parts. Again, the owners provided exhaustive guidance on the numerous shortcuts in the area, and the great pubs and cafes in town.
