Clean decent good location
excellent communication
Fantastic communication, perfectly clean and great location - everything we needed!
I had to arrive early and they let me put my suitcase in storage myself, they answered the phone immediately. It's a short walk from Birmingham New Street.
Excellent location, easy check in and great communication from the staff. Requested a late check out last minute and this was granted almost immediately. The place was clean and comfortable with very limited noise in the building.
There's nothing negative to say I love the place I like the Host his a very friendly person I wouldn't mind coming back to this property again
