The hotel was clean and included breakfast. Due to jet lag and time difference I came down as it was finishing so only got a pastry and juice so cannot comment on full offerings. The location was not bad and included parking which was a bonus. Not too far to walk to city centre but not super close either. The price I paid for the night I stayed was expected. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great. A/C in room made it comfortable to sleep in a hot night. Loved the bathroom products
The breakfast was delicious! We are from the US and were not used to the traditional UK meals so, having numerous choices was appreciated. On the other hand, being able to try the unique foods of Wales was fun also!
The hotel and room were very clean and looked exactly like the photos on the website. We had a lovely overnight stay with beautiful water views. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent. We’ll definitely come back again!
Loved having an area to cook, everything was clean, and swans outside each evening.
