Beautiful place. David and Paul are exceptional people.

The age and character of the house.

It has a secluded and quiet location.

A simply beautiful house and location. The room was one of the best we've stayed in. The Boat Room. Scrupulously clean, spacious, great views out the windows. The hosts were wonderful and thought of everything, including fresh milk in the evening and morning. Fabulous breakfasts. There are stunning views from the footpath to the village and its 2 pubs. Highly recommended!

Beautifully restored farmhouse. Lovely bedroom, dining room and guest lounge. Would thoroughly recommend.

The welcome we received was second to none. We were greeted warmly by David and then offered a pot of tea and some cake which we enjoyed in the delightful setting of the huge garden. He repeated this kindness the next afternoon too, on our return from a very long walk

Our room was large with a separate seated area and everything was clean and tidy.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious each day and so beautifully presented on the plate and around the table.

We also received some very useful local advice about places to visit from David.
