It was in an amazing location and the facilities were some of the best I’ve seen of a B&B!
Good location near the centre of Newmarket, but still quiet.very comfortable with everything you need.felt very spacious as well.
Even though I was concerned about finding a parking space outside, I always found one.

Ideal base for a work stay in Newmarket. Had everything we needed.
Quite a large spacious property, had everything necessary. Normally guests need to make up the sofa bed themselves upon arrival. Requested as we were arriving late that it could be made up so if necessary our kids could go straight to bed. Never received a response but were pleased to find on our arrival the sofa bed was made up ready for us
