The property is mostly self service. A long instruction was sent, presumably automatically, with a list of codes to use at each gate, door and lock box. Apart from a slight confusion about the parking gate code, everything worked fine and was greeted with a clean and well stocked 1 bedroom flat. As others have pointed out, our flat fronted the Thai restaurant below full of music and chatters, but when we were there they close at 10pm each night and things quickly quiet down afterwards, so we did not find it troublesome.
The location is a stone throw from everything. Taking a boat to Brownsea Island or Wareham is a 2 min walk. Sainsburys Local is opposite should you need your sun block. Restaurants and pubs surrounds you. The only exception may be Sandbanks, but you would've been charged a lot more handsomely had that been the case.
All in all we had a great time there, and is definitely interested in returning.
Very conveniently set within walking distance for what we needed.
The location, food availability was very good in the vicinity and transport links were excellent
My wife and I loved the apartment, which was very comfortable and had everything needed for cooking etc. The location was fantastic for walks to the quay and shops.
