This is a nice and cosy flat, we enjoyed our stay a lot.
Beautiful, light filled apartment. View over the chimney tops of King Street. Very comfortable with all the facilities I needed.
The guest support team answered emails and phone calls out of hours and were very warm and engaging.
Location was great, and EU sockets and USB charging facilities were available so was drying rack and vacuum cleaner
Didn’t like the Houst checkin process. Mandatory questions about the purpose of your stay, and took too long / multiple forms and id checks. But the property itself once in was great and one of the best Ive stayed in.
