The property was lovely and clean and in a good location. Lovely decorations and modern feel to the apartment. Plenty of space and love that it had two bathrooms! Good showers and comfy beds, nice to have a bath as well!

Property was very clean and in a convenient location for our activities. There were towels, soaps/shampoos, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and so on. Nearby was a Wetherspoons and a Waitrose. Parking was about 4 minutes away in a barrier car park, but there was also paid-parking just outside the apartment. We would choose this property again if we revisit.

Apartment was absolutely immaculate. It is in a nice area with a lot of shops, cafes and bars along Eccleshall Road, yet a very short walk into the city centre itself. Although it is close to the main road it is very quiet. It’s a first floor apartment at the end of the corridor and it can be accessed by a lift if required. The apartment was absolutely spotless and has a wee balcony you can sit out on. The second bedroom looks out onto a courtyard which is very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave etc. lovely separate dining area away from lounge. Bed linen fresh and plenty of towels. Total bonus of having an en suite in one of the bedrooms. In addition the flat has its own parking space which was really useful. We had to contact the host regarding a small matter and they were at the flat within 10 minutes and the matter was quickly resolved. We will definitely return to this apartment again and it is excellent value for money.

Close to centre of city , elevator pubs and supermarkets close. Good sized apartment on 1st floor.
