The property had potential and was located in a convenient area. The layout and space were promising, and the beds were made upon arrival. However, improvements in cleanliness and overall maintenance were needed to make it a better experience. Additionally, the Client Relations Executive, Nathanael, was very attentive and helped rectify any issues we pointed out immediately. He went above and beyond by being available even on weekends to address our questions and provide support, which we greatly appreciated.
