The staff was very gracious and helpful. They were wonderful!
The staff was outstanding, the room comfortable and the meals excellent.
We had a lovely ground floor room, Mandy on reception was particularly helpful and very professional. All the staff we met were very polite and attentive. Customer services lack at other places but at The Swan they seemed to understand what customer service is about.
Right in center of town, great restaurant attached
The Swan Hotel is in a great location in the middle of the High Street. It is a short walk from the train station and many shops and restaurants. The room was basic, but what I expected. It was convenient having a pub downstairs if you didn't want to venture out for a meal. I enjoyed my dinner there.
