The room is decorated with good taste. Comfortable and clean room. The bar and restaurant downstairs are being painted, so not functional at the time I visited. But the breakfast was provided.
A nicely decorated room. Bar downstairs was small and obliging for a local beer. Self serve breakfast was pleasant.
This was a last-minute stopover travelling home to the north of Scotland and exceeded our expectations.
The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our brief stay.
We had a delicious home baked pizza, and breakfast was an easy self-service buffet.
The room was clean and comfortable and had everything needed plus ensuite with shower. The bar was open late but we did not hear any noise at all
I definitely recommend this Inn and it is good value for money.
Really good historical location and very reasonable prices
a nice local inn on the outskirts of a town, just behind a church with a picturesque graveyard - a lovely place with a very British atmosphere, and with memorabilia of the famous local hero: the car racer Jim Clark
