Location was great. Comfortable.My two young grandchildren thought it was 'mental' in a good way! It was very rustic but that was it's charm. We stayed here to visit the Aviva national bowls final at Leamington Spa and it worked out perfectly!
A wonderful place, very clean, comfortable, welcoming, beautiful location. Lovely beds. I sat outside on the picnic table, enjoying a BBQ and taking in the glorious views. I slept like a baby and woke up to hear the birds singing, I felt totally rested and ready for my working day. Ive already arranged my next stay. This place makes working away, a pleasure!
Loved the location. Very peaceful. Was nice to be able to see the sheep and horses on the farm
The property was in an absolutely ideal place for what we were doing. All we really needed was a comfortable bed, washingt and bathing facilities and somewhere to cook an evening meal. All of this was well-provided with the bed being particularly comfortable. The hosts were particularly charming and communication with Ruth was excellent.
