Comfortable and clean (really clean!). Breakfast was simple but enjoyable and well thought out. Tennyson ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you.

this Hotel is unattended by staff, I really liked the video they sent prior to our arrival showing/ explaining how to get into the building. Inside , the communal areas were very clean and welcoming. We stayed in room 7 a twin bedroom with an ensuite and was to the front of the building it provided a black blind on the window. The ensuite although compact had everything we needed and provided basic toiletries. tea/coffee etc were provided including Breakfast items in our room and milk in the mini fridge. All areas of our bedroom were clean.The WIFi was excellent in all areas .The breakfast was to be taken down in the morning and self serve in the well equipped kitchen.there is parking onsite for 6 vehicles. The staff on call, were not in the building, but very prompt to answer any questions.this Hotel is fantastic value for money and in walking distance of the city center. Also has regular bus routes.

A brilliant guest house bordering the city center. Value for money for an unattended guest house. Basically, just what I needed for the purpose of my trip. I was sent details for the passcode to obtain the keys at the entry door upon arrival which went smoothly. Sometimes, people want to write negativity, but for me......, the room (4), was clean throughout. No fault. Yes, there was traffic noise due to the location, however I would assume the price reflects the same. Anyway a self service guest house at an affordable price. Room 4 had it's own bathroom which was modern and clean. Thank you owners in the background.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency
