Great location with exceptional service staff, and large comfortable rooms. From the heated tile floors with the bathroom to the vaulted ceilings to the cloud like bed, this was a wonderful place to stay. Very conveniently located.

The Ampersand Hotel is truly luxurious. The interior is exceptionally stylish. The staff are professional and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with high-end amenities such as free mini-bar, snacks, robes and slippers. The location is absolutely fabulous, near museums, dozens of restaurants, and half a block from the South Kensington tube station. This was one of the nicest hotel experiences we've ever had. And reasonably priced! Oh and room service was very prompt. We had the club sandwiches, delicious and one would have been enough for the two of us. Their afternoon tea is also very popular, though we didn't participate.

Excellent hotel with lots of nice touches that really make it wonderful. From the front staff to the comfy beds and the snacks in your room, it truly exceeded my expectations. I will be back!

I loved everything about this hotel. The doormen and reception staff were particularly impressive with their friendliness and eagerness to assist. I will definitely book again at the Ampersand in the future!
