I received a warm welcome from Danielle who checked me in. She was very knowledgeable about the area and told me a handy short cut to.the train station and gave me a map of interesting places to visit in York
The hot breakfast tasted great and kept me full for most of the day.
The location was only a short walk into the city centre and train station.
The room was clean and tidy.
Danielle and staff so pleasant, every cereal imaginable for breakfast, plates were hot which is not always the case, very good breakfast. Everything very clean.will stay there again.
Very well located for rail station and National Railway Museum once you have done it once - construction works appear to block the way but there is a path through. Staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast excellent and good value for money.

Room serviced daily, selection of drinks, chocolate & biscuits. Small fridge provided.
Central location for racecourse, train station and city centre. Free parking on site was a great bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Little fridge which held two bottles of water was a welcome touch as it was really hot the weekend we stayed. Complimentary water, chocolate bars, tea and coffee.
