Everything went well. we loved it there. Beautiful and clean, very good food and atmosphere. A place we want to visit again.

Very quaint village about 30 minutes from thirst it’s an old pub with lots of history, and the landlord and lady have ran the pub for 17 years.

Very warm welcome. Had an excellent evening meal served by a lovely waitress. Breakfast was superb and set us up for the day.

Very comfortable and quite quirky in keeping with the age of the building. Relaxed atmosphere, very laid back. Dinner was lovely. Good value for money.

Booked the Bay horse as a stopover on our way to Scotland.. friendly welcome on entering, shown to our room and facilities explained. Having been a long day we decided to stay in and have a meal and a drink rather than go out. What can I say? The homemade steak pie and fish pie was to die for. Food was piping hot with accompanying vegetables cooked to perfection. Due to the large portions we decided to share a dessert. The ginger pudding was a dream, again a big portion. Nice selection of beers and spirits. The room was spacious Although the building was 350 years old it was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for money.
