Location was great. The house had everything we needed, kitchen had all pots and pans needed for a short stay and we cooked all 3 dinner there, and had all the supplies needed. Grocery store very close by. Good neighborhood. Great location. Clean upon arrival. Nice to have separation from our children.

Beaver House boasts charming decor and is fully equipped with all necessities, from a hairdryer to a high chair, along with ample supplies of toilet paper and cleaning products. Jolanda's thoughtful touches, such as providing snacks, water, milk, and Nespresso, truly enhanced our experience. You'll find detailed instructions on how everything operates, as well as information about local attractions. Furthermore, the property features a gorgeous little garden and decking area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. We couldn't have asked for a better host or accommodation."
The house was very cozy and everything was spotless. The host did a great job at making sure we knew everything about the city and how to navigate through our stay. Couldn't have wanted a better place to stay in Belfast.
Lovely, clean and comfortable stay at Beaver House, only 20 mins from Belfast so ideally located to explore the city and Northern Ireland. Was amazing to be able to take the dogs and not have too many tasks to do on the morning of checkout! And thanks for the treats :-)
Beaver House was like a home away from home! It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Perfect for our family of 5.
The location was excellent. About a 10 /15 min drive from the centre of Belfast city with lots of dining options closer by.
Gorgeous patio area where we sat out every morning for breakfast.
Most of the activities we did with our 3 children were also close by...all within a 15 min drive.
Jolanta, the host was brilliant to deal with. She left lovely treats for us on arrival along with tea, coffee & milk. So thoughtful!
