The place was spotless and I mean spotless. The lady who runs The Waverley is friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
We Booked this hotel on price as it was a long weekend in the UK and very few rooms were available ,
We arrived by car and no parking was available anywhere to drop off our bags , We had to park in a NO Parking area to get the bags out . The Room was up one level and was a bit hard to carry the bags up the stairs , The Lady help me with parking in the street later in the evening , Im sure if it was not a holiday weekend we been better off . The room did the job for the night and we got out of town very early to avoid the crowds .
The owner was really helpful recommending a great place to eat, heating was also great! Everything was spotless! Checkout time was 11am which was better for me than an earlier time. Everything I needed was provided. Great location next to the seafront but it was quiet too.

Location & room were good, staff friendly & efficient. My room was clean & comfortable. The only one downside for me was that my room was on the 4th (top) floor so I found carrying my luggage up & down all the flights of stairs quite puffy! The reason I was put on the top floor though was to try to make it less noisy for me from the renovations going on next door, so I quite understood. Was quite happy overall with the hotel & my stay.
