Very helpful staff, nice room with a good shower. We had got wet on our walk and so the receptionist kindly took our boots to get them dry in a drying room. The food was good and as I had an early train to catch in the morning they very kindly provided me with an early breakfast which was much appreciated.

That part of the world is incredibly...rural? Not much going on, shops mostly closed etc. But for that area, the location of the hotel is pretty good. Staff are really nice, restaurant delicious etc. Also, I really appreciated that the good you get isn't basically a sample, but a proper portion that's going to fill you.
