Great location, really lovely staff, and the room was nice and quiet despite being on a main road. I was travelling alone and felt very safe here too.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The internet connection was stable and fast, and the air conditioning functioned properly. Although the view overlooked the main street, the noise was minimal when the windows were closed, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The room also included a water heater with a sufficient supply of tea and coffee. The elevator was adequately sized to accommodate large suitcases. I had requested early room preparation during the booking, and this was arranged without any additional cost.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location, facilities, staff, and cleanliness were all excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

The rooms were in good condition assuming they were refurbished recently.

I've stayed in this hotel at least three times so quite a lot. This time I loved its proximity to King's Cross station.
