The breakfast was excellent. The check-in and checkout was easy. The restaurant was very good and the location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Liked the late checkout of 12pm.
We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to stay. It was the most charming, cozy and peaceful place we stayed in England!
We stayed in the annex next to the canal. The room was large, warm and comfortable. The walk in shower was excellent. The bed was the most comfortable we had slept in on our two week driving tour. The food served in the pub was very good. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast. The service was polite and sharp. The staff were excellent. Super value for money.
Good size room with crisp clean sheets, carpets clean and room fresh smelling, bathroom very clean and nice fluffy towels. Check in/out very efficient, shown to room, staff very friendly and approachable. Evening meal and breakfast was delicious and excellent choice and quality. Close to Chester city centre, (park at park and ride which is close by with lots of parking).
TV remote needs deep clean. Pillows one flat the other lumpy.
The room wasn't in the main building so it was nice and quiet. Lovely size and very clean. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. staff were very pleasant and helpful
