Warm welcome and assistance with luggage. Characterful house enhanced with artworks and lovely garden. Outstanding breakfast. Great location with nearby restaurants.

I was over the moon with everything and felt like a princess slipping into her very own castle (Room 1) ... though Alicia was first to greet me with a smile & last to wish me pleasant return home with open arms, all staff was caring and attentive ... breakfast was delicious and plentiful ... location was perfect for discovering Hove on foot (even under umbrella LOL) ... train station only 18-minute walk away (easier without luggage in tow) ... less than a 5-minute taxi to Brighton Train Station
