What a gem! Property was clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfy I’ve slept in with lovely fresh smelling bed linen. The host went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.

Clean , convenient, well equipped, lovely decor and really helpful host.
Location, location, location. Easy 6 or 7 minute walk into the centre of Leamington.
Free 24hr parking within metres. TV has all the apps.
Facilities are first class, the hosts are very generous with basics like washing powders, olive oil, salt and pepper etc. Made it feel very homely.
Owners were very helpful and went out of their way.
